To do this, do one to three laps a day, 3 days a week. The nice thing about swimming is that you do not only increase body mass, but improve muscle strength. Swimming is also a good cardio exercise.

Mountain Biking

Going downhill and uphill is a great workout to strengthen your muscles, improve flexibility, boost endurance, and so much more! Mountain biking is considered as a mid-intensity workout for building muscles. If this is going to be your first time to mountain bike, aside from wearing proper gears, you should also make sure that you have a jug of water with you, to prevent dehydration.
